How to cancel registry and what is the procedure to cancel registry

Dear sir/medam
Me rajaram pal mere pita ji ke bhai expired 2001 me ho chuke the or unki patni ne dusri sadi karli thi jinke nam ki jamin unki patni or do nabalik bachhiyo ke nam ho gayi thi.
Us jamin ko meri chachi ke dwara 2014_15 me bech diya gya tha jisme un dono nabalak bachhiyo ko balik bataya gya jo balik nahi thi
To kya ab bo registry cancel ho sakti hai
नाबालिग बच्चियों का संपत्ति पर पूर्ण अधिकार था. यदि बच्चियों को बालिग़ बताकर धोखे से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया गया है तो बालिग़ होने के बाद बच्चियां संपत्ति के रजिस्ट्रेशन को निरस्त करवा सकती हैं. किन्तु संपत्ति मे ना तो आपका हक़ बनता है और नाही आप कोई कार्यवाही कर सकते हैं
