How to cancel registration of land given for free to brother

Hai i have given my land(earned by myself) to my brother in 2006.for free .now i came to know that my brother acted to me very cleverly to cheat me to get my property.how can i cancel the land registered in my brothers name.in land registeation its mentioned that it cannot be cancelled.pls suggest legal opinion to cancel the registration of my land given to my brother
Firstly it depends on nature of the document you made and registered and also the context shall show whether it is possible to retain your property. If its on a positive note than you have to file a suit for declaration and further the registrar has no right to cancel any deed it's only on the ambit of court. So I would suggest you to file a suit for declaration against the said registered document as soon as possible if u gonna delay it will be barred by limitation

If you had transferred the property to your brother by means of a gift deed and registered it and he had accepted the gift and taken possession of it, you cannot legally cancel the gift deed now, unfortunately.
