How to baydhakal in Muslim please explain

My uncle is unmarried and wanted to baydhakhal his brother and other relatives from his property in newspaper advertisement is enough for it and he has done a registered will against his nephew and adopted daughter in muslim

If your uncle Is Muslim, then there is no such concept of bedakhal ! And even he can’t WILL property more than 1/3rd. Either he has to do hiba or gift to the persons he wishes to while he Is alive. Else after his demise his property will be distributed as per sharia law ! You need to hire expert advocate in this regard
