Dear client,
As per the details provided by you I would like o suggest that as the property is purchased by your grandfather jointly in the names of his sons i.e. your father and uncles, then it that case you can directly file a suit for partition in the Court of concerned jurisdiction there is no hard and fast formalities to maintain to seek the partition you can simply file a suit seeking your shares to be partitioned by metes and bounds from others.

file a partition suit in the court with showing demarcation of holding of the property and pray before the court for appointment of advocate commissioner for deriving the partition effective and thereafter have the same registered as per the registration act.
