How much I have to pay stamp duty n registration charges for gift registration? Also this is 39 years old building were my mom got a flat... Is there like in blood relation from mother to daughter to give flat as gift or make gift deed cost is low.. my flat is 570 sqft... Also it's at navagaon dahisar west.. I Wana know pls
The stamp duty charges for the transfer of a gift deed amongst blood relations is merely 200 rupees the same will have to be paid at the sub registrars office once the gift deed is being executed between the parties
