How is the property distributed is registered in brother's name

my father bought one land 25 years back and registered that land on his elderson. that is my brother..now my elder brother not giving the share to me..because that landis regitered on his name...even my father asking also not giving and he has taken stay from court as well.. for this land is actualyy asignment land.. how to proceed to share the property 2 equal parts.is it possible to get the share from land through court

In case of a land registered in the name of your brother, you need to prove in the court with support of evidence that the property was purchased by your father. With such evidences your father can get the property transferred in his name. Once the property is in the name of your father, he will be the complete owner of the property and can transfer the property in the manner he wish to.
