How is the property distributed among sisters after parents

My father died on 1993 without making any will. The property was not transfered to any other name yet. My mother also died one & half year back. She make a small will but that was not registered. I have two sisters & one of them is asking for equal share in the property. Another sister yet not speak anything regarding this. The property is on long lease of 99 yrs as an flood affected society formed around 1970. What could be happen in our case ? One sister is trying everything to get the property by any way. Kindly suggest the possibilities & the what can we do regarding this case. Thanks....
As per your query, if your father's property was ancestral property then your sisters can demand for their right in property but if it was self acquired then they cannot claim the property as your father passed away before September 2005.
