How is property divided under Muslim Law amongst 6 daughters & 1 son
16-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
WHAT WILL BE THE PROPERTY RATIO BETWEEN 1 SON AND 6 DAUGHTERS IN MUSLIM LAW?
Before answering this I want to know two things.
1.Has the deceased left any will.
2.Is the widow of the deceased alive.
If these two informations would have been given the answer which would be different.
Without presuming any thing I just giving Ur answer which you have asked.
The whole property or properties will be divided in 8 shares. The son will take two shares and each daughter one share.
I.e.the son will take double of the daughters.
Here I have replied assuming that there is no Will made by the deceased and the widow of the deceased is not alive.
Hope I am clear.
