How can we take possession of the property after the court orders?

Sir in 1945 my grandfather won the case 3/4th portion in one of the property but since still today we r not able to take position in that property and also we didn't do any division in property map......so can we do sale deed only on decree copy of 1945.and while sale deed registration is it compulsory to submit property map as well as assessment certificate
You will have to file a suit of partition on the basis of the order which was in favour of Grandfather and seek your share in the property.
