How can we get our share in ancestral land

My grandparents had 6 sons and 1 daughter including my father. 10'years After my grandparents passed away my father reached out to patwari of that area and the land my grandparents had was divided equally amongst all 7 children in mutation register. Now my uncles are not giving the land possesion of our stake to us. How we can proceed to get our share
If you have inherited the property you will have to file a case before the civil court of competant jurisdiction for declaration and mandatory injunction seeking declaration of your tile to the property and injunction seeking directions to your uncle to deliver the possession of your property to you.
