How can we ask our brother to separate legally

I live with my wife, son, mother & my younger brother & his family (wife & son). But now my mother who is the land lady of our house & me want to separate my brother, his wife & son from our home because of regular fights over petty issues. We are ready to buy another house (2BHK) for them & shift them there. But he is not interested in moving out & is not cooperating. What do we need to do legally if we want to move him out of the house?
2. However if amicable resolution is not forthcoming then your mother can file suit for eviction of licensee as your brother is a licensee in the property belonging to your mother.
3.Another option is to move to new location leaving your brother in the present habitat.
