How can my mother transfer her share in my name

03-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi , My property is jointly under me (son) & my mom. I'm afraid if my sister would dispute this later about any share in this though we have already given another property to her. Please can you advise if it is possible to make current property only in my name and remove my mother's name from owners registration ? So that I'm free of any such dispute after my beloved Mom. Or any other way because going for a will is really not possible if that needs my sisters signature as well. Hope you understand the situation by now . Please help! Thanks & Regards RC
