How can I protect my property from my step children

I am a hindu unmarried lady. Planning to get married to a hindu widow with two daughters.i own a flat in mumbai.I wish that when I am not alive my this flat should be given to my mom and brothers and no claim from my husband or his legal heir can be executed on my property.Even in case of my death or divorce.what is the way to make my property legally safe Frm my in laws for any claims Frm them.as after marriage both daughters will also become my heir legally.so what action. To be taken before marriage for safeguard.This flat is purely result of hard work and support of my brothers & mom.

When you do not want your property to be transferred to your step daughters then you can make a will for your property and you can declare in your will as to how will the property get distributed after your death.
