How can I not let the property to be transferred to daughter

I have 2 bedroom apartment in Mira Road, Thane. Currently its been jointly owned with 50% share each..Last friday the court has ordered to put the property under our daughter's name which I do not want to do it. If I do so my wife will later take it away from our daughter...So how can I make sure this property will be under me at all times..
As per your query, if the court has ordered to transfer the property to your daughter's name and you don’t want to do so then, you can challenge the court's order in a court of higher jurisdiction. After which It will be upto the court’s jurisdiction to decide on the matter further.
