how can i gift my property to my daughter?

A plot has been allotted to by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. I intend to gift it, completely free of cost, to my daughter. I have two daughters & two sons. The plot is completely mine. Pl. tell the proper legal procedure for this.
Sir, in order to transfer the plot during your lifetime to your daughter you have to convert the plot to freehold and then you may draw up a gift deed in her favour and have it duly registered which is a safe and sure way of ensuring that she actually receives the plot. The alternative is to execute a will in her favour which will come into play after you
