How can i get the property transferred to my name after divorce.

I am purchased some property in the name of my wife But now we are living separately , I dint have any evidence to prove that the property purchased by me ( Exept a court judgement that she files a MC case on me and the court dismissed that case,in that while she is examining by the prosecuter she accepted that " MY HUSBAND PURCHASED A PROPERTY ON MY NAME" ) , Now she is selling the properties .Is there any possibility to get my property back as per the benami act..???
