How can i get the mutation of the ancestral land sold.

My uncle had sold our ancestral property which is on my grandfather's name without my concern. They have done registration of the land with the buyers.But I want to make the partition of the land and mutate the land on my name. My uncle has kept the documents of the land which he is not giving to me. I want to know how to make an objection regarding this sale.The land is in West Bengal.
First you should collect the certified copy of deed from the Sub-Registrar Office which was belong to your grandfather File a suit for Partition and Injunction to claim your share in civil court where the property is situated. If the property already sold then you should party added to the buyer.
