How can I get my sisters share in ancestral property

11-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)

We are three sisters with equal share in our ancestral property. Two of my sisters want to release their rights to me without any consideration so that I become the sole owner. Should we make two separate release deed or only one. What is the risk of making only one release deed ? How do I ensure that these release deeds don't get challenged by anyone in future ?

Each sister has to give separate relinquishment deed in your favour as their share are different. If relinquishment is properly registered then it becames very difficult to challenge in future
