How can i find out if my GPA was registered or not

02-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Bought plot in 1997 from mumbai based realtor thru GPA by registered sale deed. Was Validiation GPA Registered in hyderabad.GPA registered under indian stamp act 1899 as enclosed. Registration stamp duty of Rs 15775 paid as documnet enclosed. Many plots registered on same GPA, original GPA was not given to anyone, only have a copy of it, as enclosed. In 2013, local goons created another sale deed, assisted by mumbai owner who created another SPA. Criminal and Civil case filed, interim injunction obtained in civil case. Owner summoned by local court, now says that he did not give the GPA in 1997 based on which our registration is done. We only have photocopy of GPA. RTI query to registration office says GPA not traceable and also says that they are bound to preserve it only for 3 years under act 1899 though the stamp duty of Rs 15775 paid. Is this corrrect. Please advise what records from registration office or any document that can prove GPA was registered. any other advise please
