How can I file civil suit injunction in property distribution case ?

currently a dispute from my brother has occoured on the property i constructed 11 yrs ago .my parents gave permission as land is in their name and my possesion on construction. my parents are alive .brother wants to take all and parents are old . since this is rural matter he breaks my lock and puts his what is legal solution. i have paid my parents in cash for land. i am staying and doing agriculture from this place. how can i file civil suit injunction .is this correct. there is no property distibution . can i ask my share what is best
You have to file a suit for temporary injunction in the Court wherein you have to prove by an affidavit that your property is in danger of being damaged.
