06-May-2023 (In Property Law)

I am a woman born with a brother and a sister. As my father passed away, my brother inherited and registered the grandfather's(father's father) property through my mother. He is neither taking care of the mother nor ready for any settlement with us.Please guide me in getting the settlement for the land from my brother. How long will it take to attain a final judgement, as I am struggling for my basic day to day needs.(minimum expenditure to run the case)

Your question is not clear. However I take inferance that your ancestral property has been settled by your mother to your brother without your consent.
Your mother has no right to settle your share to your brother.
Rightly or wrongly she has made the settlement in favour of your brother.
She can very well cancel the settlement with due process of law.

The time limit can not be said at this stage.
