You can transfer the owner ship of plot on your brothers name in various ways but before that you need to clarify the purpose for it. while doing co-owner for plot you need to do sale deed in yours brothers name.

Dear Client,
You can't add your brother's name ditectly on 7/12 extract.
To make your brother also a owner of that plot make gift deed for that plot and as per your wish g8ft him share in that plot.
By way of gift deed or sale deed you can take his name also on record of 7/12 extracts.
