Your grandfather can gift the property to you by a registered deed and making your uncles as consenting parties. In Maharashtra stamp duty is only Rs. 200 for gifting prooerty to descendents and 1% Registration fees.

Grand father can make gift of that property to you and TWO uncle . For that you need to make expenditure for gift deed. To make that gift deed revert back to me. Generally uncles where not ready to transfer property by such way.
