How can a parking place be transferred in insolvency proceedings ?

If as per settled law the stilt parking is not saleable then how the same is sold in insolvency proceedings before the high courts . The said such sales are notified in the high court site.My contention is as follows. If parking place is not attached to the flat and not saleable by builder then how come the same is transferred by way of high court decree in insolvency proceedings. FROM patkar
