How can a nominee register sale agreement

03-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My late husband had purchased a flat of 410 square feet in a co-operative housing society in 1977 through a bank loan. As his wife and his nominee on share certificate since last 8 years, I now understand his sale agreement is not registered. What are the steps to follow to get this sale agreement registered. Please advice. Thank you.

in this case, we need to look upon that in which state you are living in and also how did the property allotted in your husband's name when there was no registered sale agreement.there are different laws for housing societies in each state and also they have different procedures.
