How a Notional partition is done in a Hindu property?

04-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)

My father is having a self acquired property and he died in 1980s & my mother died in 1990s. We have 12 kids (4 sons and 8 daughters). Out of these 8 daughters, 3 are not married and 5 daughters are married. If the property value is fixed at INR 100/-, how the notional partition is done considering all 12 kids (4 sons + 3 un-married daughters + 5 married daughters). How much each one would get?

Assuming you are Hindu. According to Hindu succession act each of your kids shall be entitled to equal share in your property.
