House purchased papers not given property being taken away what to do

I have purchased house in titwala district one year ago and my house is on notary basis at the time of purchase the builder has told us that with in few months he will be giving us the remaining documents such as electricity's bill and tax receipt and registration if the house but he is now telling that the house we have purchased the house is going under the road construction project from the government and he will be not giving us the remaining documents so what should we do
You can register a FIR against the builder under section 420 of IPC for cheating as he intentionally and deceitfully sold you that property. Also, you can complaint in the consumer forum under section 2 of The Consumer Protection Act for deficiency in services.
