House gifted to grandmother no documents can father claim ownership

31-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I belong to a Hindu family. My family is staying in a house in Ghaziabad which was gifted to my grand-mother by her brother. There is no documentation of the gift. After my grandparents, my parents are staying in this house for last 30 years without any objection or rental demand from by grandmother's brother. The house is registered on my grandmother's brother's name and the documentation for the same is with him. My question is that since we are staying here for such a long time and paying all the taxes towards the same, can my father claim ownership of the house legally? Please suggest.
