Mera makan father ke bade bhai ki jameen me hai but jameen unke name hai yahan rehte 30 year ho gaye hain or abb yeh bol rahe ki makan hi hamara hai jab mai iske uper 2nd makan dalne laga to court case kar diya ki yeh mere makan ke uper makan dal raha hai us makan ke sath hi mera kachha salteposh makan hai jisme bijli miter or nalka hamare name hai abb please mujhe advice de ki mai kya karun sanjeev kumar( exservicman) himachal patdesh

Aapko yeh saabit karna hoga ki jab yeh zameen kharidi thee to aapke pita ji aur unke bhai (jin ke naam se sale deed hai) dono ne paise daal kar kharidi thee. Aur aapke pita ji apni family k saath makaan bana k rehne lage aur iske saath hi abhi aapko court mein stay lena chahiye ki aapke uncle property sale na kar dein . Aapko court mein case file karna chahiye .
