the hindu succession act defines devolution of property does not mention husband as legal heir. it probably is detailing when widow dies inestate. what should be status of transfer to husband when wife dies before the husband
If the wife expires before the husband without leaving a Will behind then the property will devolve upon the children and the husband. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
