yes you can file succession case at out of one property jurisdiction.. no need to file separately succession suit in every jurisdiction court ... first preference for class 1 heirs, then class 2 heirs then after class 3 share ... Hemant

When a Hindu male dies intestate, his property is distributed according to the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. In this case, since the male died in 2017 and his mother passed in 2021, his property initially would have been divided between his mother and siblings. Upon the mother’s death, her share passes to her heirs (the siblings). The widow can apply for a single legal heirship certificate covering all properties, but due to jurisdictional differences (Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban), local authorities may require separate certificates. It’s often practical to apply separately in each jurisdiction to avoid delays. To apply, the widow will need the deceased’s death certificate, proof of relationship, and details of legal heirs. If disputes arise among heirs, approaching the court for a succession certificate may be necessary. Consulting with a legal professional is advisable to navigate the process efficiently.
