Hi I planned to buy a flat constructed in auction land. The new owner has taken the property on July 24 and the ex owner stay request dismissed by court. Can I buy the property Bankers refused give loan as their policy not allowed
It is not suggested to buy the property for time being. The previous owner would have moved to DRT. It is advised to wait till the SA case to be fully dismissed to be on the safer side. Apart from that when there is no stay nothing legally prevents u from buying.
