Harassment by neighbor from adjacent building

There is a 5 storey building Infront of my house. My house is existing for more than 30 years. The front facing of house is towards the building. There is a main road infront of building and another road behind our house which is our actual access road as per plan. But since the plot infront of our house was empty our house was built with front facing towards the main road. But since building was constructed 10 years ago we started using the building passage for accessing our house. Recently an occupant of the building is threatening us from using the building property for access? Plz sugest
You have a right of "easement" over the property that you need to cross in order to use your own property. Provided that there is no viable alternate route, you may approach the court with a civil suit for declaration of your right to use the neighbours property to access your own. With the suit, you should file for an application for injunction to prevent that person from obstructing your right of way to your own property.
