Had bought a property which is now discovered wrongfully sold

Bought a small office of 200 sq feet with all savings from builder now after 10 years society says it’s illegal on checking we have come to know that this was fsi free area and electric room which is sold to us as a commercial unit as per plan on aggrement by builder
Misrepresentation by Builder: If the builder sold you an FSI-free area or an electric room as a commercial unit, it may amount to fraud and misrepresentation under Real Estate and Consumer Laws.
