Grandmother property issue clarification

My father has 4 brothers,and where 3 have expired including my father.also case is been going from 8 years for redistribution of property in the court made by my aunty(expired uncle wife)..I want to ask that is there any law that if the property comes from great grandmother to grandmother will not go to her grandson or granddaughter....there is no registered deed also by my grandmother.please help regarding this issue..thank you in advance..
You will have to provide more details. It is difficult to answer the question. It has to be determined whether the property is ancestral or self-acquired and whether there was any will. Registered deed is not important. The Court papers are also relevant in this case.
