Grandmother gifted property but uncle is creating problem now

31-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My Grand Ma has a property in her name and she wish to pass it on to me and my mother. My father is dead. Now my father's younger brother is creating problems. We applied for NOC at DC office but my uncle created issues. My uncle hit my grand ma, her own mother. But she is not ready to complain against her at any cost. We are also worried that he would have done something with the property already as he is very good in copying my grandma's signature. The only thing am sure as of now is, he has not sold the property to someone outside the family, but not sure if he has transferred the property to himself or his wife or children's. He also used to have the power of attorney of my Grand Ma, which I revoked right after my father's demise. Please help what we can do.

Your documents, including copy of gift deed, copy of objection filed by your uncle in DC's office, copy of the jamabandi, any revenue payment receipt etc will have to be examined.... you may have to inquire as to existence of any deed registered in the concerned Circle office if you suspect that land has been illegally transferred by your uncle
