Grandfather property sold after his death no share received what to do

My grandfather had self acquired property. After his death uncle and father sold the property. Now father didn't get any consideration amount and all was kept by my uncle only. Is there anything i can do to claim my share?

Whether your Grand father had made any will or Vasiat ?
Yes, you can claim your father's branch share in ancestral property at Civil court and challenge the sale deed and Sale of the ancestral property.
