Grandfather house divided after his death now issue in selling it
21-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
House belongs to Grandfather (expired in '85) since then 4 of his sons were/are living there. 2 sons died (includes my dad). 2 wants to sell the house, 1 is unsure to sell and 1 (died) whose son doesn't want to sell. His intention is to capture the house after every one's demise. Everyone else work in NCR and can't overlook the house. All 4 have divided the portion of the house mutually and have separate electricity connection. How can we sell the house?
As you are willing to sell the property ( your share) you may ask the uncle who is also living there and sell the property to him at a consideration amount and relinquish your rights over the property. as the property is already divided you may also sell your share of the property to anybody.
