Grandfather having two wifes giving property to only one wife

im belong to sc caste ,, my grandfather had two wife one wife have five son and second wife have only one son . My father belong to her second wife son . Now my grandmother is not that condition that she talk about property she is mentally distrb. My grandfather said that he divide property only his five son what can i do sir
Your father is eligible to claim his share in the property of your grandfather provided that the property in question must be of ancestral nature, if the said property is self acquired in nature then, your father has no right to claim any share in the said property however, you can claim your share in your grandfather's property by filing a partition suit claiming your share in the said property.
