Grandfather died interstate wants to do property division

22-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My Nana has two sons & one daughter. One Son and Daughter died and one son is alive. I am one of his daughter's son. Now I explain the family of their son's and daughter. One Son has one son and three daughter's, all married and alive. Second Son has two sons and one daughter are alive & married.Daughter has three sons, all married but two alive. My Nana has a independent house at Ambala where both my Nana and Nani were residing alone. Now both dead and property is in the name of my Nani at present. They have not created any will. Now my question is: Do I (being Nana's Daughter Son) have any legal right on my Nana's property and how i can excercise the same at court of law?
