Grandfather died in 2003 what are rights of aunt on the property

Mere father 3 bahan 1 bhai hai. Baba ji ka death 2003 me hua tha. Dadi ka 1988 me. Sabse badi fuagi ka death 1988 me hua tha unki ek larki hai. Unse choti fua g ka shadi 1965 me hua tha. Fir unse chhoti fua ka 1990 me hau tha. Mai 2 bhai 2 behan hu. Mai janana chahta hu ki mere fua g logo ka mere zamin pe kitna haq hua. 2015 me supreme court ne ek deadline bnaya tha ki 2005 k pahle death ho gya ho father ka to uspe beti ka haq khatm ho jata hai. Kya ye sach hai. . Advice in this regard

Assuming that you are Hindu, if the property is the self acquired property of your grandfather then since your grandfather passed away in 2003, your aunt will have no share in the property. But if the property is an ancestral property then the property will be divided according to Hindu Succession Act and all the legal heirs will have right over the property.
