Grandfather and grandmother died can i claim share in their property

Hello My grandfather and grand mother expired when was 14 yrs.. Now my mama(5 members) are not giving share in property which is earned by my grandfather... Now whether my mother has right to claim against those property or not ( agricultural land it's )

1) grandsons have no right in self acquired property of grandfather

2) on grand father demise intestate his property would devolve on grandmother , his sons and daughters

3) during lifetime of his children grandsons have no right on grandfather property
