Grand father's Brother and his son illegally changed patta

Hi SirFor our grandfather's property my uncle and his son illegally changed the patta using UDR and hide the registration bonds. Now uncle registered a settlement bond to his document for the land we are using and asking us to take pond land constructed by agriculture department. Is it possible to cancel the documents and do proper partition as there is not path to the land they are telling. How long will it take to process this. nnAlso for now we dont have legal heir certificate. If we have to take that how long will it take in tamil nadu
