Government ordered to construct a road giving no compensation

In our place goverment ordered to consturct the road but they are not going to give any money for reconstruction of our home so kindly me suggestion for that.
File a suit for injunction and damages against State Govt. But before filing a suit check all your title papers otherwise you will land up in difficulty. One quick remedy is to file writ petition before High Court but High Court may relegate you to trial court for filing civil suit.
