Gifting property to wife...want to know tansfer charges..

I m living in gujarat...i have my owned purchase land and i have no children...i want gift my property to my wife...how many cost for transfer its approx value of 60 lakh rupees and after death of mine any right for my brother and sister ??
Gift would attract a complete stamp duty and additional charges.
