Gifting a property with out stamp duty and registration

I want to give a property as a gift. What is the procedure. What are the charges involved in the process? I am a Hindu.
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to make a gift deed
2. You will have to pay dtamp duty and registration fees
3. You will have to discuss further details about the donee
4. Consult a local lawyer, discuss full facts and take steps.

If you wish to give your property as gift then stamp duty is depend on to who.e you have gifted property for example if you wish to gift your blood relatives then stamp duty is 4% and donee is not your blood relative then stamp duty is 6%
