gifted property issue as the name is not there as a co owner ddddddddd

my father before his death made a gift deed on my name for 50% share and 50% on my mothers name. i am associate member of the said property. father mentioned in his WILL that after my mothers death the 50% of the share will be of my elder brother. my name is there on the share certificate as associate member. after his death the property got redeveloped but my name is not there in the new agreement as a co owner. what to do to get my name added as a co owner in the new agreement of the new flat

If the gift deed executed by your father in your favor is registered then you can approach the developer and get your name added in the new flat agreement. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
