Sir mere dada ji ne hamara aadha ghar meri mummy ko giftdeed kiya tha notary wala ab dadaji nhi h to is deed ko register kra skte hai kya

ab gift ko register Nahin Karva sakte hain , gift deed ko registered tabhi kara sakte hain Jab karne wala jinda ho ....Aap ab property ke declaration ka civil suit la sakte ho ....isme gift deed ki stamp duty pay karni hogi tab hi court gift deed ko entertain krega anyath nahi
