Gift Deed procedure from husband to wife - 50% ownership rights!

I am in dubai want to make a gift deed where my wife can make me a 50% owner in her 2Br apartment - what are the charges and procedure - do i have to be present or i can do that sitting here - i guess registration is required so just want to know the charges for the same.
This is my response to you:
1. Your wife will need to execute a Deed of relinquishment;
2. She will have to relinquish her 50% rights on the property;
3. You will need to pay stamp duty at 3% as per the Bombay Stamp Act;
4. You will also need to register it, registration is compulsory;
5. Consult a local lawyer, who can begin the process.
