Gift deed of property made under immense pressure from nephew.

My mother made a gift deed and gave her flat to his nephew under immense pressure.He was a drunker and use to behave violently. Now after getting the flat his wife and in laws are also abusing my mother and torturing her mentally. How can the gift deed be cancelled????
Yes your mother can cancel the gift deed on the fact that it has been obtained by way of force and coercion.
